Job summary

A Customer Service-oriented role advising clients on parts and service options for equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, scheduling, and collaboration with technicians and parts team.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, build positive relationships, explain service and parts options, and communicate technicians’ findings and repair alternatives. Schedule service work, coordinate parts and warranty administration, and manage a busy workload while providing attentive customer support.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the automotive or construction industry is preferred, along with strong customer service, communication, organization, and data-entry skills.
