Job summary

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to support sales in technical aspects, including pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales in the SLED sector. The role involves technical support, customer training, and expertise in networking, security, and encryption technologies.

Responsibilities

The Systems Engineer will support the sales organization by acting as the primary technical resource for pre-sales lead qualification and sales calls. Additionally, they will serve as the lead technical contact for post-sales support, assisting customers with technical issues and training.

Qualifications

DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP Encryption and authentication technologies LAN/WAN/Internet services Network Security, Intrusion Detection, Anti Virus Networking applications and solutions Pre-sales support Presentation skills Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN Sales calls Technical support

Candidates must have 5-8 years of experience in technical or pre-sales support and 5-7 years of experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration. A bachelor's degree is required, along with a strong understanding of networking protocols, security technologies, and encryption.
