Job summary

Assist in maintaining and repairing park facilities, grounds, and holiday homes, ensuring safety, presentation, and functionality through various repair, landscaping, and general upkeep tasks.

Responsibilities

Carry out routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, and holiday home preparation, while maintaining tools, equipment, supplies, and outdoor areas across the park. Support holiday home sales and handovers, respond to maintenance requests, and work with other teams to maintain safe, well-presented facilities and deliver a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

Applicants should have practical experience in general building maintenance, property repairs, or a trade environment, along with hands-on groundskeeping or landscaping experience. They must be able to perform physical work outdoors in varied weather, safely use or learn to use maintenance tools and equipment, hold a full UK driving licence, and work flexibly across weekends, evenings, and bank holidays as required.
