Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse provides patient- and family-centered care by developing individualized nursing plans and integrating evidence-based practice into clinical delivery. They collaborate with inter-professional teams to ensure safe, compassionate care while actively participating in quality improvement and safety committees.

Qualifications

Assessment and Diagnosis Basic Life Support Communication Discharge Planning Health Information Documentation Healthcare Medication Administration Nursing Patient Care Patient Education

Candidates must hold a specialized diploma or degree from an accredited school of nursing and possess an active Pennsylvania RN license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, and at least one year of acute care experience is strongly preferred.
