Job summary

The Director, Customer Success EMEA is responsible for leading customer success initiatives, building and scaling a team, managing key accounts, and ensuring regional retention and expansion metrics are achieved for TENEX’s cybersecurity MDR services.

Responsibilities

You will serve as the first Customer Success hire in EMEA, personally managing strategic accounts while building and scaling the regional team. You will be responsible for driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion while acting as the primary partner to regional commercial leadership.

Qualifications

MDR Account Growth Account Management Client Relations Customer Success Cybersecurity Managed Security Services SaaS Security Operations Team Leadership

Candidates must have a deep background in MDR or high-touch B2B managed services with a proven track record of scaling teams. You should possess strong executive presence, experience with retention metrics, and the ability to work across EMEA time zones.
