Job summary

Support fill-finish manufacturing operations through process equipment design, installation, and optimization. Lead troubleshooting, validation, and project management activities for aseptic filling, inspection, and packaging processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering support for aseptic fill-finish manufacturing, including troubleshooting equipment and processes, managing equipment lifecycle activities, and driving operational improvements. Lead equipment and validation projects, coordinate qualification and commissioning, and prepare technical documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Autoclave Autoclave operations Engineering Equipment installation GMP Manufacturing Process control systems (PCS) Project management Troubleshooting Validation

A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline and hands-on experience supporting aseptic fill lines in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated manufacturing environment are required. Candidates should understand GMP, PCS and DCS, equipment qualification and validation, and demonstrate strong analytical, communication, organizational, and project-management skills.
