Job summary

Vestwell is seeking a Senior Implementations Onboarding Associate to serve as the liaison for onboarding plan sponsors and financial advisors to Vestwell's platform. The role involves managing project workflows, collaborating cross-functionally, and providing subject matter expertise on plan design, onboarding, and client service. Ideal candidates have experience in project management, client servicing, and knowledge of retirement plan operations or are highly skilled in communication, customer service, and adapting in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison for Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors during the onboarding process to Vestwell's platform. Manage end-to-end project timelines and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful plan transitions.

Qualifications

Requires 2-4 years of project management experience and proficiency with operational tools like Jira or Asana. Knowledge of ERISA rules, 401(k) administration, or PMP certification is preferred but not required.
