Job summary

A Registered Nurse (RN) provides patient-centered nursing care, supports disease prevention, and collaborates with healthcare professionals in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will provide quality, patient-centered nursing care within an interdisciplinary team to support health maintenance and chronic disease management. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, administering medications, coordinating care, and documenting patient information in clinical records.

Qualifications

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current Wisconsin state license as a registered nurse. A minimum of two years of experience in a hospital or clinic setting is preferred, along with current CPR/BLS certification.
