Job summary

Provides general nursing care in diverse, acute healthcare settings, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, with leadership in process improvement, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Provides professional nursing care to assigned patients and families, including assessment, care planning, implementation, documentation, and evaluation across the continuum of care. Delegates appropriate tasks, collaborates with the multidisciplinary team, and participates in improvement efforts focused on clinical quality, patient satisfaction, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications

BLS certification BSN care planning collaborative problem solving evaluation of nursing interventions nursing assessment Ohio RN license patient care process improvement Safety and quality assurance

Requires a current Ohio Registered Nurse license or a current RN license in good standing from a compact state, along with Basic Life Support certification. A BSN is required within five years of employment.
