Job summary

Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams to deliver complex defense projects within Thales Optronics and Missile Electronics, ensuring delivery of engineering solutions that meet customer needs, managing project scope, cost, schedule, quality, and resources, with security clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

The Engineering Delivery Manager will lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex engineering projects within cost, schedule, and quality requirements. They are responsible for defining delivery strategies, managing project interfaces, and acting as the people manager for the engineering team.

The successful candidate must have a strong background in engineering with experience leading multi-disciplinary projects and an understanding of systems engineering life cycles. They must be eligible for and able to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC).
