Job summary

Provides daily supportive and functional care to residents in a compassionate environment, working with an interdisciplinary team to focus on resident-centered care, including physical support, observation, documentation, and assistance with daily activities.

Responsibilities

Provides daily supportive and functional care to residents while maintaining their comfort and dignity. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to document care and assist with therapies and treatments.

Qualifications

activities of daily living (ADL) support assistance with therapies CNA certification communication skills dignity and compassion documentation observation patient care safety procedures teamwork

Requires a current CNA certification in Missouri or Illinois, or eligibility for the Pennsylvania nurse aide registry. Candidates must possess a desire to work in a person-centered care environment and be able to communicate effectively with residents.
