Job summary

Responsibilities

Manage core employee lifecycle processes in Workday and ensure data integrity across people systems. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.

Qualifications

Requires strong organizational, communication, and project management skills with a focus on integrity and discretion. Experience in People Operations or program management is preferred, along with familiarity with HRIS tools and AI-driven workflows.
