Job summary

We’re building humanoid robots in a multidisciplinary effort involving robotics, AI, hardware, and manufacturing. The role focuses on designing mechanical test fixtures to enable safe, accurate, and repeatable validation of robotic hardware, requiring expertise in mechanical design, CAD, manufacturing, and hands-on assembly. The candidate should have a mechanical engineering background with 2-4 years of experience and strong skills in CAD, fabrication, and mechanical testing.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver robust mechanical test fixtures to enable safe and repeatable validation of NEO robot subsystems. Manage the end-to-end fixture development process from initial CAD concepts through fabrication, assembly, and lab installation.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with 2-4 years of experience in custom hardware or fixture design. Candidates must possess strong 3D CAD skills and practical experience with manufacturing processes and mechanical testing.
