Job summary

The Senior Manager, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Platform will lead the global strategy, governance, optimization, and management of the SAP SuccessFactors HR platform supporting over 40 countries. Responsibilities include leading a distributed team, ensuring platform scalability, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of HR processes through modern technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, governance, and day-to-day management of the global SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central platform across 40+ countries. Manage a globally distributed team and partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to optimize Core HR processes and platform scalability.

Qualifications

Business Processes Configuration Core HR HRIS Integration Platform Management SAP SuccessFactors Stakeholder Management SuccessFactors Employee Central Team Leadership

Requires 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience and 3+ years of leadership experience managing dispersed teams. Deep expertise in RBP, platform governance, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions is essential.
