Job summary

The Manager of FP&A is responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, model governance, and performance monitoring, including leveraging AI automation to enhance financial processes in a healthcare-related organization.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end financial planning and forecasting cycles while maintaining high standards of model governance and analytical rigor. Drive the adoption of AI-enabled automation and mentor analysts to improve reporting workflows and forecast accuracy.

Requires a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field and six to nine years of FP&A experience, including team management. Proficiency in Excel and EPM platforms is required, with an MBA or CPA preferred.
