Job summary

Seeking an experienced Development Chef to create recipes, engage in product development, and support customer menus in a senior culinary role. The position involves relationship building, presenting, and providing industry expertise in the foodservice sector, with travel across the country. Day-to-day duties include developing relationships with customers and internal teams, creating recipes, managing data, presenting customer food days, and supporting colleagues with food knowledge.

Responsibilities

The Development Chef will build relationships with customer development teams and internal departments to drive innovation and menu development. They will also manage the NPD process, create recipes, and prepare customer food days to support sales growth.
