The QC Technical Resources Specialist supports assay development, validation activities, and technical documentation within a QC team, ensuring operational readiness, regulatory compliance, and process improvement in a cGMP environment. The role requires experience in life sciences, strong communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

The scientist will validate microbiological methods and equipment while overseeing contract laboratory testing and technical investigations. They are also responsible for writing technical documentation and coaching junior team members on aseptic techniques and lab practices.
