The R&D Process Development Engineer will lead process selection, development, validation, and improvement for medical device manufacturing, ensuring robust, scalable, and compliant processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

The engineer will lead the selection, generation, and validation of new process technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust product development. They are responsible for designing production equipment, managing risk assessments, and ensuring seamless transfer of processes into scale manufacturing.

Qualifications

3D Modeling Engineering Design Materials and Processes Metal Processing & Joining Techniques Problem Solving Process Development Project Management Solidworks Statistical Analysis Validation

Candidates must hold a degree in engineering or a related technical field with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical problem-solving skills, proficiency in statistical analysis, and experience with medical device regulatory requirements are essential.
