Job summary

Seeking a Maintenance Technician or Engineer for a manufacturing environment to perform planned and reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, support continuous improvements, and ensure safety and compliance. Requires mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and documentation skills, with preferable knowledge of CNC and CMMS.

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician will perform planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment. They are also responsible for conducting root cause analysis, managing spare parts, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

Electrical Engineering Fault Diagnosis Hydraulic Systems Mechanical Engineering Pneumatic Systems Preventive Maintenance Root Cause Analysis Safety Regulations (PUWER, LOLER) Technical Documentation Troubleshooting

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment and hold an NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work flexible shift patterns are essential for this role.
