Job summary

As a Reliability Engineer at Lubrizol, you will drive asset reliability initiatives by developing and implementing reliability improvement plans, conducting risk and equipment criticality analyses, supporting maintenance strategies, utilizing condition monitoring technologies, and leading continuous improvement efforts within a chemical manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

The Reliability Engineer drives asset reliability and maintenance strategy optimization by developing a 3-year Reliability Improvement Plan. Key duties include conducting risk analyses, implementing failure management strategies, and facilitating Root Cause Analysis to reduce downtime.

Qualifications

Asset Management CMMS Condition Monitoring Data Analysis FMEA Maintenance Strategies RCM Reliability Engineering Risk Analysis Troubleshooting

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) and over 5 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment. Candidates should have strong knowledge of electrical codes (NFPA-NEC/NETA) and experience with condition monitoring techniques.
