Job summary

Seeking a part-time House Supervisor in Nursing Administration to oversee patient care, coordinate with departments, ensure safety and compliance, and lead staff during evening/night hours at Memorial Health. Must be an RN with Ohio licensure, preferably with BSN, capable of handling leadership, documentation, clinical oversight, and quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

The House Supervisor acts as a resource for all departments to coordinate patient care and ensure effective delivery during evening and night shifts. They are responsible for assessing unit needs, managing staffing levels, and facilitating communication between leadership and clinical teams.

Qualifications

Communication Conflict Resolution Documentation Infection Control Leadership Nursing Patient Care Quality Improvement Staffing Team Building

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school and hold a current Ohio RN license. The role requires various certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and NIH Stroke Scale, which must be attained within six months of employment.
