Responsibilities

The registered nurse performs professional nursing activities to help patients achieve and maintain maximum physical, emotional, or social function. Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, developing treatment plans, administering medications, and acting as a patient advocate within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Candidates must be a registered nurse licensed in the state of employment with a BSN preferred. Previous psychiatric experience with children, adolescents, and adults is preferred, along with CPR certification and training in the management of aggressive patients.
