Staff Registered Nurse - Neuro ICU - Trenton - Full Time - Days

Deliver and evaluate individualized nursing care using the nursing process, while ensuring patient safety and coordinating with the healthcare team. Support patients and families through education, pain and comfort management, discharge planning, and advocacy, and contribute to quality improvement and regulatory readiness.

An associate degree or graduation from an accredited nursing school is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred, and previous nursing experience is preferred but not required. Applicants need an active New Jersey or NLC multistate RN license and AHA BLS; role-specific requirements include NIH Stroke Scale certification, trauma training when assigned, and ACLS when assigned to applicable units.
