Job summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care in a long-term care facility, including assessments, medication administration, wound and catheter care, supervision of staff, and patient education, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a compassionate environment.

Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse will conduct clinical assessments, manage individualized care plans, and provide direct nursing care including wound treatments and medication administration. They will also serve as a clinical leader by supervising staff and ensuring compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations.
