The Registered Nurse (RN) in Behavioral Health provides patient assessments, supervises shifts, delegates tasks, ensures policy adherence, monitors condition changes, and administers medication, focusing on mental health care in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing patients, planning care, and documenting findings according to hospital policies. They also provide clinical leadership by supervising the shift, delegating tasks, and ensuring exemplary patient care is delivered.

Qualifications
