Support individuals in their own homes through personal care, medication assistance, mobility aid, meal prep, domestic chores, companionship, health monitoring, and emergency response, fostering independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

Provide essential personal care, medication assistance, and domestic support to vulnerable adults in their own homes. Build meaningful relationships through companionship while monitoring health and maintaining accurate care documentation.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are strictly required. Ideally, candidates should have 6 months of social care experience and the right to work in the UK.
