Job summary

Seeking a Compliance Specialist Intern to assist with environmental compliance and permit management at our Deer Park Incinerator, focused on environmental regulations, safety, and operational support during Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

The intern will assist the Compliance Manager with maintaining environmental regulatory compliance through report preparation and on-site inspections. They will also manage compliance files, review permit conditions, and ensure all activities adhere to safety policies.

Qualifications

Analytical Skills Critical Thinking Environmental Regulations EPA Laws/Regulations Excel Skills

Candidates must be enrolled in an Environmental Science or Management bachelor's program with knowledge of EPA laws and regulations. Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel are required.
