Job summary

The Senior Engineer for the Drug Discovery Platform will develop and maintain the data infrastructure critical for AI-driven drug discovery, including molecule queues, registration systems, lab instrument pipelines, and synthesis constraints, enabling fast cycle times with high data quality.

Responsibilities

You will own the data backbone for the drug discovery platform, including molecule registration, synthesis constraints, and experimental result capture pipelines. Your work will ensure high-fidelity data flow to AI scientists to accelerate the closed-loop drug discovery process.

Qualifications

AWS Cheminformatics (RDKit, OpenEye) Data Platform Development Database Design Kubernetes Laboratory Instruments Data Integration Python Scientific Data Modeling SQL Workflow Orchestration (Flyte, Airflow, Dagster)

Candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience building production data platforms. Proficiency in Python, SQL, cloud infrastructure, and experience with scientific or lab-generated data is required.
