Job summary

A telehealth Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner provides individual psychiatric care, conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, and prescribes medications in a flexible, remote outpatient setting, collaborating with diverse healthcare teams in a patient-centered, evidence-based manner.

Responsibilities

Provide individual psychiatric care via telehealth, including conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with clinical teams and participate in regular staffing to coordinate patient care.
