Job summary

Lead large-scale data center and critical infrastructure construction projects from planning through commissioning and turnover, managing scope, budget, schedule, risk, quality, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Lead all phases of large-scale data center construction projects from planning through commissioning and final turnover. Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams while ensuring quality, safety, and effective risk mitigation.

Qualifications

Budgeting Communication Construction Management Leadership MEP systems Project Management Risk Management Scheduling Stakeholder Communication Technical Documentation

Requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and at least 7 years of experience in mission-critical or large-scale construction. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of MEP systems, project controls, and the ability to interpret complex technical engineering documents.
