Responsibilities

The Head of People will oversee all HR functions, including employee relations, development, and engagement, while supporting the People Director in delivering the overall business strategy. They are responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, managing workforce planning, and fostering a diverse and high-performing workplace culture.

Qualifications

Candidates must have extensive generalist HR experience, knowledge of employment law, and experience working with Trade Unions. A CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent is required, along with strong IT skills and the ability to lead teams in a 24/7 operational environment.
