Job summary

Provide nursing supervision and care in a skilled nursing facility, overseeing medication, resident assessments, and team management to ensure compliance with regulations and high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Supervise and provide nursing care for residents, including assessments, care planning, medication and treatment administration, monitoring, and accurate confidential documentation. Assign and supervise nursing assistants, communicate changes in residents’ conditions, and uphold safety, infection-control, resident-rights, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Applicants must graduate from an accredited nursing school or vocational school of practical nursing and hold a current nursing license.
