Job summary

The Financial Accountant ensures statutory compliance, manages tax and VAT, coordinates audits, and produces accurate financial reports across EMEA and AP regions, requiring strong technical accounting skills, organizational abilities, and multi-jurisdictional coordination.

Responsibilities

Prepare statutory financial statements and manage tax, VAT/GST, audit, insurance, and compliance activities for legal entities across EMEA and Asia Pacific. Maintain accurate financial records, support period-end close and reporting, and improve controls and processes across international entities.

Accounting Audit Compliance ERP systems Financial reporting IFRS Tax Transfer pricing UK GAAP VAT

Requires at least five years of relevant VAT, tax, and audit experience, with knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, statutory reporting, and international tax principles. Candidates should have experience with multicurrency consolidation and external audits, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines across jurisdictions.
