Job summary

A Site Manager leading electrical and infrastructure projects, overseeing field teams, managing site operations, ensuring safety and quality standards, and liaising between design teams and on-site personnel.

Responsibilities

Lead the full site lifecycle from tender planning through construction and final commissioning, including scheduling, installation cost estimates, team mobilization, budgets, and staffing. Ensure safe, high-quality delivery by managing contractors, applying construction operating procedures, coordinating design and site teams, and reporting progress to stakeholders.

Communication Construction Management Electrical Engineering Electrical Equipment Installation Project Management Risk Management Safety Certification Team Leadership

Substantial experience managing site or construction operations for large-scale electrical installations is required, along with working knowledge of CDM 2015, electrical equipment installation and commissioning, project management software, and a relevant safety certification such as NEBOSH for Construction. A valid driver’s license and frequent travel across the UK and Ireland are required; an Electrical Engineering degree is beneficial, while equivalent hands-on experience is valued.
