Job summary

AvePoint is hiring a Revenue Operations GTM Engineer to design and build the technical infrastructure for revenue processes across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. The role involves automating workflows, integrating revenue systems via APIs, deploying AI-driven actions, and reducing manual and latency in revenue operations using tools such as CRM (Dynamics 365), APIs, SQL, and programming languages like Python or JavaScript.

Responsibilities

The Director of Revenue Operations will architect and manage the global GTM technology stack to drive revenue predictability and streamline lead-to-cash processes. They will lead AI and automation initiatives while partnering with cross-functional leadership to ensure data integrity and operational alignment.

Candidates must have over 8 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Business Systems Architecture within a B2B SaaS environment. Proficiency in managing complex GTM stacks including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Outreach, and Gong is required, along with a proven track record in leadership.
