Job summary

Lead talent operations by configuring and optimizing recruiting systems, automating workflows, ensuring compliance, and providing insights to improve hiring processes in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Own and optimize the ATS and recruiting technology stack, build automations, and improve hiring workflows while maintaining reliable data and privacy compliance across regions. Create recruiting dashboards and recommendations, support headcount planning, enable recruiters and hiring managers through training and documentation, and assist with recruitment during peak periods.

Requires 5+ years of experience in recruitment operations, talent acquisition, or People Operations, including hands-on ATS administration and proven experience with recruiting reports, workflow automation, and integrations. Candidates should also have experience leading change management and training, working knowledge of hiring data privacy requirements such as GDPR, strong project and documentation skills, business-fluent English, and the ability to use AI responsibly in recruiting.
