Job summary

Support financial services organisations in adopting and scaling AI technologies, such as GPT, Copilot, and AI/ML solutions, to enhance operational efficiency, innovation, and transformation initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-enabled workflows, manage change, and promote responsible AI adoption in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Support financial services clients in identifying and implementing AI-enabled opportunities to improve operational efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI tools into workflows and manage the associated change and governance processes.

Qualifications

AI tools AI/ML ecosystem Automation Business analysis Copilot generative AI GPT NLP Project management Stakeholder engagement

Requires SME-level experience in financial services and a strong understanding of the AI/ML ecosystem, including Generative AI and NLP. Candidates should have a proven track record in transformation programs, business analysis, or project management within regulated environments.
