Job summary

We are seeking a compassionate and independent PRN Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team, providing personalized nursing care in patients' homes, including assessments, medication administration, patient education, and coordination with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will provide personalized nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and wound care, to patients in their homes. They will also educate patients and families while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, holistic care.

Qualifications

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current Texas RN license and BLS certification. At least one year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in home health, is preferred along with reliable transportation.
