Job summary

Experienced RN responsible for providing specialized neurological patient care at Cleveland Clinic, overseeing complex procedures, monitoring patient conditions, and educating patients and families in a high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to complex neurological medical and surgical patients, monitor and communicate patient conditions, and implement and revise care plans. Administer medications and treatments, coordinate discharge needs, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

Assessment Care Plan Management Communication Critical Thinking Medication Administration Neurological Care Nursing Patient Care

Applicants must graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing, hold current state RN licensure, and have current BLS certification from the AHA or American Red Cross. At least one year of current acute care RN experience or military RN experience is required; a BSN is preferred.
