Job summary

Provide acute medical and skilled rehab nursing care on a family-oriented unit, supervising and coordinating patient care and communicating effectively with medical teams.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within an acute medical-surgical setting. They are also responsible for supervising LPNs and PCAs while facilitating communication between physicians, families, and the healthcare team.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a current Iowa Registered Nurse license. While a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, no prior experience is required for this position.
