Responsibilities

The Manager of Tax will lead the company's tax compliance processes for the U.S., Canada, and Australia, ensuring timely filing of all tax returns. They will also partner with outside tax advisors and internal stakeholders to develop tax policies and support merger and acquisition activities.

Qualifications

Account Management International Tax Policy Design Project Management Tax Compliance Tax Filing Tax Planning Team Leadership US GAAP

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and possess a CPA or equivalent certification. The role requires at least 8 years of tax experience, including 4 years in Big 4 public accounting or publicly traded companies, and 3 years of team leadership experience.
