Job summary

The Lead Technical Program Manager at Mastercard oversees complex, cross-functional projects within the Authentication Solutions platform, ensuring timely delivery of technical solutions aligned with organizational goals, managing dependencies, and aligning stakeholder expectations. The role requires strategic decision-making, effective communication, and a deep understanding of business context, customer use cases, systems functionality, and industry technologies, primarily focusing on authentication, tokenization, and fraud prevention in digital payments.

Responsibilities

Drive complex, cross-functional authentication platform programs from planning through execution, making timely decisions, clearing blockers, managing priorities and dependencies, and tracking delivery milestones. Align stakeholders and external partners, communicate decisions and impacts, represent team services, and improve delivery through data, retrospectives, and effective scrum practices.

Qualifications

Requires proven technical program management experience, strong decision-making, and the ability to manage complex projects and scrum delivery while improving processes with data. Candidates should understand business and customer use cases, system functionality and architecture, and be able to communicate effectively, build consensus, manage dependencies, and influence external partners.
