The Business Banking Relationship Manager is responsible for providing financial solutions to small businesses, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth through prospecting, relationship management, and financial analysis within a client-centric banking environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and deepen relationships with small business clients, provide financial solutions, and grow portfolio profitability through prospecting, referrals, and consultative sales. Candidates should have strong communication and leadership skills, knowledge of small business financial products, and familiarity with CRM and banking systems; a business, finance, or economics degree is preferred, or seven years of relevant experience.
