Job summary

The Clinical Nurse provides comprehensive, evidence-based patient care in ambulatory settings, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, adhering to professional standards and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

The clinical nurse is responsible for the provision and coordination of competent, evidence-based care across the care continuum, including assessment, diagnosis, and planning. They also participate in multidisciplinary collaboration, patient teaching, and quality improvement activities to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or a compact state and have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. An Associate of Nursing (ASN) is required, while a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) is preferred, along with Basic Life Support certification.
