Job summary

Create opportunities for socially disadvantaged individuals through innovative, sustainable solutions and measurable social impact. Work with employability programs supporting underserved groups including former inmates, single parents, and individuals with health or mental health conditions.

Responsibilities

The Job Broker will build a pipeline of quality vacancies by developing a strong understanding of the local labour market. They will work directly with employers to identify opportunities that align with the skills and aspirations of the individuals supported by the organization.
