Senior Accountant manages multi-company accounting operations, including AR/AP, payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting, requiring proficiency in QuickBooks and Webgility, with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations for multiple companies, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, inventory records, and reconciliations. Prepare monthly financial reports, support month- and year-end closing, maintain accounting controls, and coordinate with vendors, employees, management, and outside accounting professionals.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field and at least three years of experience in a similar role are required; construction industry experience is a plus. Candidates should be highly proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and Online, have Webgility experience, and demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, communication, time management, and analytical skills.
