Job summary

Lead, develop and execute mechanical building services engineering projects supporting various infrastructure sectors, ensuring technical excellence, client satisfaction, and sustainable design within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Lead mechanical design on major building services projects from concept through detailed design, coordinating MEP teams and other disciplines while maintaining strong client relationships. Support business development and bid leadership, promote innovation and sustainable engineering, and contribute to project commercial management and delivery.

Qualifications

AutoCAD BIM Building Services Coordination Design Software Leadership Mechanical Engineering Project Management Revit Sustainability

Candidates must be a Chartered Engineer with IMechE, CIBSE, or an equivalent body, and have extensive MEP design experience, a track record delivering sustainable built-environment projects, and experience leading mechanical teams. They must be able to deliver coordinated 3D design models, use relevant industry software, communicate effectively, and meet or obtain security clearance for defence work.
