Job summary

Registered Nurse for home infusion therapy providing patient assessments, infusion administration, and supervising nursing staff. Must have infusion experience, NYS RN license, and ability to collaborate with healthcare team.

Responsibilities

The infusion field nurse conducts patient visits to initiate and monitor infusion therapies while educating patients and families on administration. They also collaborate with the infusion team and provide clinical supervision to newly hired nursing staff as requested.

Biologic Medications Clinical Documentation Infusion Therapy IV/SQIG Medication Administration Patient Care Performance Evaluation Phlebotomy Supervisory Skills Venous Access

Applicants must hold a valid NYS Registered Nursing license and have at least 3 years of experience in home care infusion, hospitals, or clinics. Proficiency in IV/SQIG and biologic medication administration is required, along with current BLS certification.
