Responsibilities

The Certified Nursing Assistant provides supportive care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living and mobility. They are also responsible for documenting resident health status, meal intake, and reporting any changes in condition to nursing staff.

Qualifications

Basic Nursing Skills Communication Compassion Documentation Patient Care Safety Procedures Supportive Care

Candidates must be a Certified Nursing Aide in good standing or a graduate of a state-approved training program. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with at least one year of experience in long-term care.
