Job summary

Provides supportive and functional care to residents as a CNA, including personal care, observing and reporting on residents' conditions, assisting with activities, and maintaining a safe environment. Must be certified in Missouri, Illinois, or eligible in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

Provide daily supportive and functional care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living and mealtimes. Monitor resident conditions and document care provided in clinical records while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Must hold a current CNA certification in Missouri, Illinois, or be eligible for the Pennsylvania nurse aide registry. Prior experience in direct patient care is preferred along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
